Step 2: Collaborative Planning with Home Design Specialists and Managers
Moving into the Design Agreement Phase, you will collaborate directly with one of Lakeside’s on-staff home remodeling Designers and Architects. Together, your Design Team will create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings, facilitating a clear visualization of your renovated space. Your Designer will guide you in selecting materials tailored to your preferences. Throughout the construction process, they remain your trusted resource for any additional design assistance, ensuring your project’s success.
3: Review & Approval
The Design Manager employs advanced digital design tools to provide you with a vivid representation of your home’s post-project appearance. This crucial step enables you to review the proposed design thoroughly. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure your complete satisfaction. Lakeside Renovation & Design takes meticulous care to outline and explain every aspect of your home renovation project. The final design phase concludes with an in-person meeting involving your Designer and Project Consultant. This meeting covers material selections, floor plans, and 3D renderings, allowing you to provide final approval for your project.
The Build
Step 1: Pre-Construction Planning and Permits
A critical part of Lakeside Renovation & Design’s build process is the pre-construction phase. Our in-house Architects handle all construction documents and permit paperwork/submittal. This streamlined process ensures a seamless transition from design to construction. Our Production Manager conducts comprehensive meetings with the project team and Design Manager to ensure project readiness.
Step 2: Construction and Installation Excellence
Our unwavering commitment to excellence is evident during the construction phase. Lakeside Renovation & Design employs its own in-house teams of skilled carpenters, painters, and installers. We place a strong emphasis on the development of our in-house craftsmen, providing them with ongoing product training to ensure they adhere to best practices. For custom aspects of the project outside our usual scope of work (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and drywall work), we have diligently cultivated relationships with specialized local St. Louis contractors, ensuring that your home remodel project adheres to Lakeside’s high quality standards.
Step 3: Final Walk-Through and Homeowner Satisfaction
Once your home remodeling project is completed, the Production Manager and Design Specialist perform a comprehensive final walk-through with you. Regardless of the project’s size, this step is essential for ensuring your satisfaction. It includes a pre-walkthrough with Lead Installers and the Project Manager to address any remaining details. Additionally, a final walk-through with the Lead Installer or Project Manager is conducted, involving you, to ensure that all work not only meets but surpasses your expectations.
