The first proposed location did not have the HVAC access the space needed. Lakeside relocated the wine cooler to a second spot above the finished basement and ran new connections to make proper ventilation possible. The move turned out to be the better call. The finished wine cooler, with its walnut wine racks and glass enclosure, became a standout feature the homeowners had not planned for but now consider central to the home.
