Infinity from Marvin Replacement Windows for a Brighter, More Efficient Home
The outdated windows were replaced with 27 Infinity from Marvin fiberglass windows, featuring a classic white interior and a sleek ebony exterior. A combination of double hung and awning windows provided improved functionality while maintaining the timeless farmhouse aesthetic.
Farmhouse-Inspired Hardie Siding & Brickwork
To achieve the clean, rustic appeal the homeowners desired, we installed James Hardie vertical panel siding in Arctic White (Board & Batten style) with black Hardie trim. The existing brick was refreshed with Sherwin-Williams Duration paint in Arctic White, seamlessly blending with the new siding for a cohesive look.
A Welcoming Porch Overhang
A brand-new shed-style porch overhang with a vaulted ceiling added both character and practicality to the entryway. Featuring:
- A standing seam metal roof for durability
- Cedar columns on stone pedestals (ProVia – Niagara Terra Cut with Grey pedestal caps) for rustic charm
- A T&G wood car siding ceiling, with all wood elements carefully stained to complement the farmhouse aesthetic
