The homeowner’s original Masonite siding was plagued with rot and decay, leading to constant repairs. It was clear that a band-aid fix was just delaying the inevitable. On top of addressing the deteriorating siding, the homeowner aspired to give his home a modern makeover that would truly stand out in the neighborhood.

During the initial consultation, our project specialist, Tim, sat down with the homeowner to discuss his concerns and aspirations. Together, they explored the benefits of Hardie® siding, considering its durability and various style options. They also touched upon the advantages of installing new windows before the siding, and delved into the possibility of incorporating a garage addition and a new entry door—all items on the homeowner’s to-do list.

- Black 6″ Gutters & Downspouts with Hydro Clean Gutter Protection: We enhanced functionality and curb appeal with the installation of 6″ gutters and downspouts in Black, accompanied by Hydro Clean Gutter Protection, ensuring a maintenance-free system.
- Elevating the Aesthetic with Raised Panel Shutters: Five sets of new raised panel shutters in Black were added to further enhance the visual impact of the home’s exterior.
- Expanding the Garage: Our team extended the homeowner’s 3-car garage to a spacious 4-car garage. This entailed pouring a new foundation, framing the walls, extending the driveway, and meticulously matching the exterior finishes to maintain a cohesive look.
- GAF Timberline Architectural Shingles: A new roof was installed using GAF Timberline architectural shingles in the shade Charcoal. This not only ensured superior protection but also added depth and texture to the overall design.
- Making a Grand Entrance: We rounded off the project with a new ProVia Signet Fiberglass front entry door with sidelites and a transom above it in the shade Carmel. This stunning addition enhanced both the interior and exterior aesthetics of the home.
